The situation in the Middle East crisis has taken a new turn after Trump's order

US President Donald Trump has sparked a diplomatic row after issuing a strong statement against Iran, threatening a major military strike if the Tehran government tries to kill him or endanger his life.

Through his Truth Social network, Trump explained that more than a thousand missiles have already been directed at the Islamic Republic of Iran and that the US military has been instructed to prepare for immediate action.

He added that the attacks are aimed at completely destroying all Iranian territory within a year, if any threat is carried out.

The statement came following intelligence reports from Israel that claimed there was a new Iranian plot to assassinate Trump. The reports were accompanied by pictures and banners carried during the funeral of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, that appeared to indicate hatred for the US president.

However, Iranian officials have strongly denied the allegations, calling them political propaganda aimed at tarnishing their nation's image and legitimizing US threats.

The tension comes at a time when relations between Washington and Tehran have been strained for a long time due to nuclear issues, economic sanctions, and security conflicts in the Middle East.

The United States has insisted it will not tolerate threats against its leaders, while Iran has tried to show that it has no direct plans to carry out attacks.

However, Trump's statement has raised fears of a major military conflict that could affect not only Iran, but also its neighbors and the global oil trade. International political analysts say that public military threats can increase the risk of a major conflict.

Missile strikes on the scale Trump has called for could hit Iran's critical infrastructure and cause widespread civilian casualties.

In addition, this could provoke retaliation from Tehran and trigger a cycle of attacks and military responses. On the other hand, some analysts see Trump's statement as a political strategy to deter Iran from taking any military action.
